1. Scope and controller
“unk.solutions”, “we”, “us”, and “Service” mean the operator of the unk.solutions website, account system, launcher, related software, and official support channels. The operator is responsible for personal data processed for the Service, except where a third party independently controls its own processing.
This Policy covers information connected with an identified or identifiable user, including technical information associated with an account or device. Third-party payment pages, community platforms, games, and other services are governed by their own notices.
2. Information we process
Depending on your use of the Service, we may process:
- Account data: email address, username, account identifier, password hash, account status, and security or session information.
- Transaction and access data: product, subscription period and status, price, currency, payment provider, payment reference, purchase history, and refund or chargeback information. Full payment-card details are processed by the payment provider, not by us.
- Technical and device data: IP address and connection data, application and system information, technical and hardware-derived identifiers, device-linking records, integrity and diagnostic information, and access logs.
- Support, configuration, and safety data: messages and materials sent through official channels, settings or configurations you choose to store, error reports, and evidence used for security, abuse prevention, or rule-enforcement reviews.
- Browser storage: authentication session data and language preference are stored in local browser storage. We do not currently operate our own advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies; third parties may use their own technologies under their policies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, legal obligations, and consent where required. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
- To create and secure accounts, authenticate users, provide access, deliver the launcher and digital functionality, and maintain subscriptions.
- To process payments, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, keep transaction records, and respond to disputes.
- To link access to permitted devices, prevent abuse, investigate suspected violations, protect the Service, and enforce our Terms.
- To answer support requests, send service and security messages, improve reliability, fix faults, comply with law, and protect legal rights.
4. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information that is reasonably necessary with hosting, infrastructure, email, security, support, and payment providers; authorized resellers administering access; professional advisers and successors; and authorities or other parties when law, a valid request, or protection of rights, safety, and Service integrity requires it.
The Service and its providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use a transfer mechanism permitted by applicable law, including contractual safeguards.
5. Retention and security
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary: account data while the account is active and for a reasonable period after; transaction records for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes; and device-linking, security, violation, and restriction records while needed to prevent abuse, enforce restrictions, or meet legal obligations. De-identified or aggregated information may be retained longer.
We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, including access controls, credential hashing, authenticated sessions, and encrypted communication where supported. No system or transmission is completely secure. Keep your credentials and device secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
6. Your rights and choices
You may update certain account information in the account area. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about processing. A request may be limited where data is needed for security, fraud prevention, payment records, legal obligations, or legal claims.
For a privacy request, contact us through an official support channel linked on the website, include the account email and describe the request. We may verify identity. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
7. Minors, changes, and language
The Service is not directed to persons below the minimum age required to enter a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. If you believe a minor provided information without appropriate authorization, contact official support.
We may update this Policy when the Service or legal requirements change. The current version and date are published here. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the updated Policy where permitted by law. This Policy is available in English and Russian; to the extent permitted by law, the English version controls if the versions conflict.
